Lead Trainer

Native of Chestefield County, Virginia who attended Matoaca High School as a 3 Sport Student-Athlete (Basketball, Tennis and Cross-Country) , at Fork Union Military Academy in 1993 he was a Post Graduate Student-Athlete & received a 4 year Scholarship to attend University of Virginia from 1994-1997. Harold was a 4 year Starting Point Guard, All- Freshman Team, All-ACC & NCAA’s Most Outstanding Player in the 1995 Midwest Regional Tournament & 2010 Member of the ACC Legends at The ACC Tournament. He still ranks Top 10 in All-Time Scoring for UVA as well in Assist and 3 Point Field Goals made.

     Harold continued his career Overseas Professionally playing in Italy, Germany, Russia, Lithuania & Portugal. He made the Russian All-Star Team in 2001 along with being the Slam-Dunk Champion in that same year as an All-Star.

     Since his playing Career ended Harold has continued to stay around the game of Basketball by Training, Mentoring and Motivating Student-Athletes in Virginia, Maryland and California respectfully from 2012-2019.

     Harold’s unique training styles range from in detail Footwork, proper shooting form and release, as well as creating space to score. He has worked with a range of players from Elementary school Level all the way to the NBA. Players such as Frank Mason of the Sacramento Kings, L.G Gill of the Iowa Timberwolves NBA G-League, Cadarian Raines Overseas in Melbourne, Victoria as well! While

Enjoying helping others reach their full potential through Player Development, Harold also works with players in Strength and Conditioning. One of the ACC’s strongest guards to ever play the game, his toughness and ability to defend and stop other players is what separated him

From other great players in his era. The ability to play the game effectively at a high level on both ends of the floor is what has given Harold a unique perspective on evaluating players and helping hem he better “One Workout at a TIME.”


Shooting Coach and Trainer

Rasheed Wright played professional basketball in France for 13 seasons.  This 6 ‘5, 215lb, shooting guard/small forward, combines a toughness with an elite shooting touch, that helped him make over 1,000 3-pointers in his professional career. He has always been inspired by hard work and determination, and aims to use his professional experience to give back and motivate other athletes.

Rasheed Wright was born is Richmond, Virginia, but raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. He graduated high school as the all time leading scorer in the school’s history, and was also a McDonald’s All American nominee and First Team AAU All American.   From there Rasheed moved on to play at Old Dominion University where he scored over 1,000 points and received CAA all defensive honors.

Professionally, Rasheed enjoyed a 13 years career having played for 7 different French clubs, where he won a championship, an MVP, and several all league honors.
