ELITE BASKETBALL TRAINING PACKAGES

Each session will last at least 1 hour.

  • Basic and advanced footwork for each position and game situation. Footwork is the foundation to your success as a basketball player.
  • Basic and advanced fundamentals of ball handling, passing and shooting.
  • Instruction on the pick and roll series.
  • Review basic defensive rules, closeouts and defending the post
  • Conditioning and competition drill to end each session.
  • Individual, small group and team sessions are available.

One (1) individual training session

Gold

Five (5) individual training session

Platinum*

Two (2) sessions per week for a one month period.

*Includes mentoring on college choices and assisting with life decisions in the areas of life, nutrition, and sports.

Team Training

Team training is available for teams that want to enhance the overall skill level, condition and cohesiveness of their unit.

BIG MAN TRAINING

Learn elite level footwork, attack moves, defensive principles and better understand angles from the  low and mid post areas on the floor.

Pro Training

For those advancing to the professional level, both here or abroad, as well as pros that want to stay sharp.

ADULT BOOT CAMPS AND YOUTH FITNESS CAMPS

This is a fast-paced, high intensity, calorie blasting, circuit style
