Lead Basketball Coach
Rasheed Wright played professional basketball in France for 13 seasons. This 6 ‘5, 215lb, shooting guard/small forward, combines a toughness with an elite shooting touch, that helped him make over 1,000 3-pointers in his professional career. He has always been inspired by hard work and determination, and aims to use his professional experience to give back and motivate other athletes.
Rasheed Wright was born is Richmond, Virginia, but raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. He graduated high school as the all time leading scorer in the school’s history, and was also a McDonald’s All American nominee and First Team AAU All American. From there Rasheed moved on to play at Old Dominion University where he scored over 1,000 points and received CAA all defensive honors.
Professionally, Rasheed enjoyed a 13 years career having played for 7 different French clubs, where he won a championship, an MVP, and several all league honors.

Through focused and personalized fitness and nutrition coaching, Erich spends each day driving people to feel and be their best. Whether it’s an individual with personal goals, an athlete looking to take their fitness routine to the next level, or a team that needs to be whipped into shape, Erich’s passion for sports performance and exercise science quickly becomes contagious. With extensive experience in competing and coaching Track & Field, Football, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, boxing, (the list goes on and on) Erich blends his unique background and education with his creative spirit to build fitness programs that generate results.
Erich is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist & Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), a certified NSPA (National Sports Performance Association) Speed & Agility Coach, currently acts as Fitness Director at UFC Gym and Strength & Conditioning Coach of Professional Arena/Indoor football team the Hampton Roads Reapers.
